Cancellation & Withdrawal

Information about the statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary cancellation conditions.

No statutory right of withdrawal for our date-specific workshops

ZuM Creativo workshops are leisure-related services booked for a specific date.

Under § 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for such contracts where a specific date or period is agreed for performance.

Therefore, a confirmed workshop booking is not subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Our cancellation conditions

Up to 7 calendar days before the workshop: cancellation is free of charge.
For later cancellations: 40% of the booking price is charged as a cancellation fee.
No-show without prior cancellation: no refund.

In the event of documented illness, ZuM Creativo may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer a free transfer to another available date. There is no entitlement to this.
